Software Licensing Guidelines
1. Please ensure that you have downloaded and tried out the fully functional trial version and determined that our software suits your requirements before making the purchase. If you have not
done so, please download and try it out here. There is no functional difference between the trial version and the registered version, except that the trial version
is only authorized for temporary use for 21 days. For softkey activated license, a unique activation code (softkey), which locks to your computer, will be provided to you within 24 hours via
email, fax or phone for you to turn the trial version into a registered version for permanent use after you purchase and register the software. Software upgrade for the same license level and
bug fixing is FREE for life.
2. For softkey activated licenses, if you want to use our software on more than one computer, you will need additional licenses. Each computer requires
a separate activation code. A USB hardkey option is provided for each license. You can use the USB hardkey on any computer. Both softkey and hardkey are remotely upgradable, which means that
you can purchase a lower-level license first and upgrade it later conveniently when necessary.

International Shipping Policy and Requirements Important
We offer FREE express shipping worldwide. It will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. It will normally take about 5~6 days to deliver (e.g. USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea...). In some special cases or places, it may take a little longer. Tracking information online will be provided after shipping. You MUST provide us your telephone number as required by the courier company to facilitate the delivery! The telephone number provided will be used solely for this purpose. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Customs duty and tax imposed by the buyer's country shall be borne by the buyer.
Warranty and License Activation Information
1. One-year warranty for all hardware unless otherwise stated explicitly. Software license is perpetual.
2. For hardware / hardkey activated Multi-Instrument licenses, the hardware / hardkey must be connected to the computer first before launching the software in order for it to run under the licensed mode. No softkey will be given to a hardware activated license. You may upgrade the license to a higher level above.

The USB hardkey does not require a driver to run. It will be initialized to the corresponding license level purchased. With this option, you can run the software on the registered computer with the softkey, as well as on any computer with the hardkey.
