My relays are not working?

When you switch between a voltage range >= +/-5V and a voltage range <= +/- 2V, a relay click sound should be heard.
My VT DSO-2810Rs works fine from +/-5V to +/- 50Volts but shows a very small signal on any scale below +/- 2Volts on either channel A or B. I don't hear the relay clicking any longer when I switch ranges.

It looks like a hardware problem. You can return it for repair if it is still under warranty.
