Lissajous Pattern is usually used to measure the phase difference and frequency ratio of two signals. For example, you can use Lissajous Pattern to monitor the phase relationship between the stereo channels. Here we present some common Lissajous Patterns with different frequency ratios and phases for education in the first part of the video. Then some fantastic Lissajous Patterns are shown for fun. The stereo music of the latter one can actually be recorded from the video, and then replayed using your computer sound card. The generated stereo signals can be fed to any oscilloscope with XY mode to reproduce the cool Lissajous Patterns.
