Sorry to hear that.
1. U2: MIC2025-1YMM. It is not absolutely required. It could be omitted by shorting PIN 6,7,8 together.
2. C101, C16, C99: 10uF/16V, ceramic capacitor, 1206.
3. C12, 4.7uF/16V, ceramic capacitor, 1206.
4. U7: AMS1117-3.3, or equivalent such as ADP3338-3.3
5. L21, L1, L19: BK-1608HS121-T, ferrite bead, 0603
6. C3: 0.01 uF/16V, ceramic capacitor, 0603.
After you replace some of the components, the first thing you need to check is the 5V, +3.3V, -3.3V, +2.5V, +1.2V to see if they are correct.
Please note that the input of the USB DSO is single-ended and a ground loop through the protective earth should generally be avoided when making a measurement. For more information, please refer to "How to make floating or isolated measurements and break the ground loop with a USB oscilloscope?" at
